Next Member’s Meeting:

 

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

Bridges Restaurant On Granville Island, Vancouver

(Top Floor)

Reception: 6:30 PM, Dinner: 7:00 PM

Members  – No Charge.  We would like to

invite the “Friends of the Association” and Spouses to attend this special event as our guests.  Charge for additional guests will be $50.00 per person.

 

Our next meeting will be held in February during the Olympics on the top floor of Bridges Restaurant which will be the “Official House of Switzerland” during the games.  This will be a unique opportunity to enjoy the excitement in the city during this very special time.  The reception will be followed by dinner prepared by 2 Swiss chefs who will be flown in specially for this event.  Hubertus’ companies are organizing this evening and will be inviting other guests as well therefore we are asking that you RSVP by February 5th if you plan to attend.  Attendance will be on a first come, first serve basis, so please do not delay if you would like to join in.

Dear Members,

 

I hope that everyone enjoyed a wonderful

Christmas season and on behalf of the board of directors, I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year!  We celebrated another successful Christmas party at the end of November.  Thank you to those members who invited their friends and family to join us.  A special thank you to our friends at the Prospera Credit Union for their continued support year after year.

 

A reminder that our Annual General Meeting is coming up on March 23rd, 2010.  Please let me know if you are interested in joining as a member of the board of directors. 

 

Please email or call me if you are planning to come to the special Olympic evening at Bridges Restaurant.  Space is limited so it is imperative that you register if you would like to be there to enjoy the festivites.  This will be a chance for you to experience the excitement in the city during the games as well as enjoy a fabulous meal prepared specially for you by the Swiss chefs!
